ReStart

I took a trip to restart or rejuvenate my soul. I went home.
Now most people when taking holidays go to a warm place on this earth.. NOOOO I went the opposite direction.. I went to -39 temperatures, and I was never more happier!.
I needed it oddly enough.
I did find an amazing yarn shop in Edmonton River City Yarn Shop, and met some amazing ladies. I did meant to go back to the store before I left but time was not on my side. So if your ever in Edmonton. This is the place to go!
I had an amazing visit with my sister, and it was so good for me to spend time with her, and my mom. I miss my family even more now, I had been somewhat recluse living here on the island, and going back to Alberta made me realize how much I miss them, and what I am missing out on. Love you guys!

MERRY CHRISTMAS

Adele and I would just like to take this time to wish everyone a very Merry Christmas, and I hope that Santa brings good cheer and love to all.

See I can't even spell in the title...
I have been moving AGAIN.. I try to keep going, but it's been such a long journey.. I can't wait until it's all done.. ONly a few more big things to move then it's all boxes and cleaning.. .. I will post pics of the new place soon!
Diva (the cat) is loving the house, and so is my daughter.. so much more room for everyone!

Doll for Adele

I decided to make a doll for Adele. I let her pick out the hair color.. can't you tell!
It was a lot of fun to do, but the hair took me an entire evening!

My little girl is three

Well it's hard to believe but my little one is 3 years old..
Where has the time flown.. it's sad yet exciting all at the same time.
She is full of love, and even thou (like this weekend) she can be a real handful, she is the love of my life!
She also had her first hair cut! It was hard on me to see it get done, but the cut was perfect for her! and yes I did keep her hair!

I had a fantastic photo session with a Great Dane named Poppy.. She was such a sweetheart!

Pumkin Patch

As you all know I have been crocheting for almost a year, and have been coming up with ideas.. well I have been donating all my hats to the hospital for the premies and neo-natal unit. A few days ago I recieved a phone call and was asked if I could make pumpkin hats for October... well i made three sizes as prototypes.. and I'm really happy with the outcome..
